Returns

Items purchased in our web shop are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. This cooling-off period starts the day after you have received the ordered item(s). This means you have 14 days to examine and try on the item to see if it fits. During this cooling-off period, if you have changed your mind about the purchase, you can use your right of revocation. To revoke your purchase, you will need to contact us and inform us that you intend to return the item(s) you have received. We will issue a returns number and you will be required to send back all the items you wish to return within 14 days of informing us of your intention. You will be responsible for the timely and complete return of the items and these must be in an undamaged and unworn condition. You will also be responsible for shipping costs.

As we offer you the opportunity to inspect and try on items beforehand, it is not possible to exchange or return products purchased directly in our store.

PLEASE NOTE: You are allowed to try the items on as you would do in a regular jewelry shop.  However, you are not permitted to use or wear any of the items you intend to return. If it is evident that you have worn and/or damaged any of the returned items, Boutique Amsterdam may withhold a percentage of the amount to be refunded in order to cover a loss in value. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
